Adam Capell sent me a copy of the TIS submitted in 2021, and it appears the TIS encompasses the entire subdivision and traffic impacts were already taken into account upon initial review. The application states that the preliminary plat for Passero Ridge was approved in December of 2021. Unfortunately, that was before I started working in my current role and I’m unable to find the comments that we provided at that time. Passero Ridge No 1 has 66 lots and No 2 has 60. If there are more phases after No 2, this may cause an impact to the Montana/SH-55 intersection. I would like to review the TIS that was submitted prior to your original preliminary plat approval in 2021 assuming the TIS shows a full build out of all phases. April, do you have the original comments ITD made prior to the preliminary plat approval in 2021? If so, can you please provide that document for me? As soon as we receive those documents, we will review and provide comments. We are required to provide comments to the City no later than October 20, so please provide any supportive documentation to us at your earliest convenience so we may meet the deadline.
