This ordinance would be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication, according to law; provides for severability; and repeals conflicting ordinances, resolutions, and orders. A copy of proposed amendment is enclosed for your review. Comments received by the deadline date will be added to the Staff Report and to the hearing body’s packet.
