REQUEST SUMMARY: Application Case Number(s): SUB23-000022: Bailey Engineering, on behalf of AG Essential
Housing Multi State 2 LLC, is requesting a final plat approval for Cirrus Pointe Subdivision No. 7, a single-family
residential subdivision containing 57 buildable lots and 10 common lots on 27.07 acres. The subject parcel is zoned
R-1 – Low Density Residential. The preliminary plat for Cirrus Pointe Subdivision, SUB-122P-05, was approved by City
Council on January 3, 2006. Time extension applications TE-15-05, TE-20-07, and TE21-000005 provide a plat
extension for Phase 7 until December 6, 2023. The subject parcel, R3285000000, is located on the north side of
Orchard Avenue, between S. Montana Ave and Billowy Way.
