The subject parcel is zoned R-1 – Low Density Residential. The preliminary plat for Cirrus Pointe Subdivision, SUB-122P-05, was approved by City Council on January 3, 2006. Time extension applications TE-15-05, TE-20-07, and TE21-000005 provide a plat extension for Phase 7 until December 6, 2023. The subject parcel, R3285000000, is located on the north side of Orchard Avenue, between S. Montana Ave and Billowy Way.
