ORDINANCE NO.3541
AN ORDINANCE ENACTED BY THE CALDWELL CITY COUNCIL AMENDING
CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE 17, SECTION 02-17-04, OF THE CALDWELL CITY CODE,
PERTAINING TO THE MEETING DATES OF THE CALDWELL HISTORIC
PRESERVATION COMMISSION; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES,
RESOLUTIONS, ORDERS AND PARTS THEREOF, IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell, County of
Canyon, State of Idaho:
Section 1. That Chapter 2, Article 17, Section 02-17-04 of the Caldwell City
Code is hereby repealed and replaced with the following:
(3) Regular Meetings: Regular meetings shall be scheduled on the sesefld first and
feuFth third Monday of every month at six U*ty o'clock (649 6:00 ) P.M. at a place
determined by the commission. The primary regular meeting shall be held on the feefth
third Monday of the month unless there are not any certificates of appropriateness to
review or other pertinent commission business to discuss. The supplemental regular
meeting shall be held on the sewed first Monday of the month if there are any certificates
of appropriateness for consideration. Variations from this schedule shall be by majority
consent of the voting members present at any commission meeting. (Ord. 3047, 3-21-

Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval, and publication, according to law.
Section 3. This ordinance is hereby declared to be severable. If any portion of
this ordinance is declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining
provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be read to carry out the purposed
of the ordinance before the declaration of partial invalidity.
Section 4. All ordinances, resolutions, orders and parts thereof in conflict
herewith are repealed.
