McDonald's is already aware of this but it would hurt to remind them so there are no legal issues down the road regarding access. Thanks Robb From: Debbie Root Sent: Friday, May 8, 2020 9:49 AM To: Robb MacDonald Subject: RE: McDonald's - Caldwell - Development Agreements Robb, Doug called and indicated that he feels a DA Modification would be the option to eliminate the trail of DA s. As Doug indicated it does seem that the majority of the items in the DA s are memorialized in code and the development must meet code to be completed - Are there items that Engineering would prefer to have documented in a Development Agreement versus just leaving to code compliance. Doug indicated that I will have to do a DA amendment regardless in order to Null and Void the DA's that currently exist so it is no problem to include conditions in the amended DA process. Let me know. ATTN: Due to COV1D-19, all City buildings are currently closed to the public. We are still open for business. We are here to serve you via email, phone, or electronic submittal.
