The reason we are requesting this adjustment is due to the lot limitations created from the current 20' rear setback of the angled rear property line. The combination of the rear front curvature and angled rear property line create a narrow section in the middle of the lot which limits possible home placement. We would like to request a reduction of the rear property line to accommodate the residence on proposed plot plan attached. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
