would reduce it to 16' If that will work, please submit the admin determination application and fee $71.00

We are requesting an Administrative Determination for a rear setback adjustment. The reason we are
requesting this adjustment is due to the lot limitations created from the current 20' rear setback of the
angled rear property line. The combination of the rear front curvature and angled rear property line
create a narrow section in the middle of the lot which limits possible home placement. We would like to
request a reduction of the rear property line to accommodate the residence on proposed plot plan
attached. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Hi April, I couldn't find a 11-5, so based on the address provided I found it was 11-8, so that's the plot plan went
to update, with the 20' rear setback the house doesn't fit on this lot.
