Here are the items we discussed and you asked me to email you:
Bradshaw - 705 E Willow Falls — rear yard setback is wrong on the site plan BR17-00236 you thought you sent her an
email. You were going to look for the email and forward it to me.
AD-17-05 2219 S Indiana — approval letter for 80% reduction to 4 feet from the structure and a garage that sits two feet
west of said fence.
AD- 17-04 0 Hwy 20160 — approval letter for building a pole barn on a vacant lot: as per code:
(1) Accessory buildings, structures, and uses shall be compatible with the principal use and shall not be established
or built prior to the establishment or building of the principal use unless specifically approved by the planning and
zoning department on a case by case basis only. (Ord. 2805, 11-2-2009) -- also I don't think Angie will allow a
building permit to be pulled on a 0 address.

We are requesting to build our pole barn on the parcel R34297010A0 concerning the 11
acres. We recently acquired the parcel and are planning on growing Aronia berries on the
11 acres. The parcel has no city services and the services are approximately 1.5 miles
away. In order for the Aronia berries crop to thrive we need to house our farming
equipment and other tools in a pole barn to keep them from being damaged due to weather.
Currently, we have alfalfa growing and have 2 acres of Aronia berries to be planted Spring
of 2017. Because there are no services or power we are using solar to power the well for
installing the sprinkler system. The solar panels require the structure of the pole barn and
would be placed on the south roof deck of the barn. We do not have the financial means to
begin building our home on the 11 acres at the time. The pole barn need to take precedence
before building our home.
