CBH Homes is seeking a reduction of the rear setback for Pheasant Run NoA Lot 11 Block 9.
The home was pre -sold on this lot with earnest monies collect. When this home was sold the
sqft, 7035 sqft, was overlooked. The lot 35 sqft larger than what is allowed for a 15' rear
setback. We modified the home slightly to get it to fit on the lot with a setback reduction. We
are seeking a reduction to move forward with the current contract and not create hardship on
the family. Thank you for your consideration on this matter.
