The City of Caldwell Planning and Zoning Division requires a property owners acknowledgement as it relates to
the application and submittal of an Administrative Determination. Pioneer Homes has been working with the City of
Caldwell and is in the process of submitting the required paperwork requesting what amounts to a waiver of a one foot
encroachment into a rear setback which resulted directly from an ordinance change effective earlier in the year of which
we were not aware at the time plans were drawn and a building application submitted. Please respond via. e-mail that
you acknowledge Pioneer Homes is authorized to work with the city regarding a lot owned by D and T, Inc.
This vacant lot address is 10422 McKinley St.; Lot 25, Blk 4 Castle Peak #1.
