The original deadline for submittal of a building permit application was September 1,2010. The adjacent property owners were sent notice of this request on August 26, 2010. No responses were received. As per Section 10-03-02 of City Code, because no responses were received and because Planning and Zoning can see no harm to the public's general health, safety or welfare due to approval of this request, this request is officially granted and you, therefore, have a new expiration date of March 1,2011. You have until March lr20ll to submit a building permit application for SUP-329-09. If a building permit application isn't received by this date, the special use permit approval will be null and void and a new special use permit application will need to be submitted for another public hearing and consideration of approval. There are no further time extensions available. As a reminder, please also note that, once you have submitted a building permit application, you have 12 months only from the date of submittal of said application to receive a permanent Certificate of Occupancy for said building. Additionally, the preliminary plat for The Oasis Commercial Subdivision expires on December 15,2010. To avoid nullification of said preliminary plat, please submit a time extension application for said plat no later than December 14, 2010.
