hearings my areas of consideration here are access, fire flow, and maintenance; all
of which to be addressed, to the extent possible, by the Applicants as development
continues.

Case Number DAN-178-10 a request by Dillon Caldwell LLC and Ed Salvi to de-annex
from the City of Caldwell the following 6ites addressed as 6301 Cleveland, 6609
Cleveland, 6515 Cleveland, 6423 Cleveland and 6515 Cleveland, generally located on the
northeasterly side of Gleveland Boulevard immediately adjacent to the south end of Graye
Lane.
