l'm not sure who to direct this to, so l'm directing it to the 3 of you and hopefully you can take it from there. We
(the City of Caldwell) recently de-annexed a small portion of property that is owned by Town Ranch LLC.
Attached to this email is the de-annexation ordinance that has been recorded. My attorney just wanted to make
sure that you all were aware of this de-annexation as, now that it's back in the County, it may or may not have a
zone designation. So you can eitherzone it, act on it, research it, do nothing, etc. Your call.
ljust wanted to make sure that you knew this piece of property was now back in the County and may or may not
have a County zone designation.
