II. ACTION ITEM: CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS INTERVIEWS.
CONTINUED FROM AUGUST 9, 2023 TO SEPTEMBER 13, 2023
CASE NUMBER CA-23-06: a request by property owners Gregory Arnold and Janice Chapman
request for a Certificate of Appropriates to extend the existing front deck across the front of the
house. This site is located at 1614 Dearborn Street, parcel # R0728100000.
III. OLD BUSINESS
DICUSSION ITEM:

Moving meetings back to Monday evenings at 6:30pm.

V. ADJOURNMENT
The next Regular Historic Preservation Meeting is on September 27, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in the
Conference Room at the Caldwell Planning & Zoning at 621 Cleveland Blvd may be cancelled.
