CONSENT CALENDAR: ACTION ITEM: Approve Minutes – August 9, 2023 II. ACTION ITEM: CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS INTERVIEWS. CONTINUED FROM AUGUST 9, 2023 TO SEPTEMBER 13, 2023 CASE NUMBER CA-23-06: a request by property owners Gregory Arnold and Janice Chapman request for a Certificate of Appropriates to extend the existing front deck across the front of the house. This site is located at 1614 Dearborn Street, parcel # R0728100000. III. OLD BUSINESS DICUSSION ITEM:  Comp Plan – Historic Preservation Section update. – Deputy Director, Morgan Bessaw IV. NEW BUSINESS ACTION ITEM:  Moving meetings back to Monday evenings at 6:30pm.  Arts Commission. - Deputy Director, Morgan Bessaw ACTION ITEM:  Recruiting new Commission Members. DISCUSSION ITEM: Commission & Staff Reports.  V. ADJOURNMENT The next Regular Historic Preservation Meeting is on September 27, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in the Conference Room at the Caldwell Planning & Zoning at 621 Cleveland Blvd may be cancelled.
