The Engineering Department provides the following comments on Case Number ANN-21-
00005; a request by Jeff Hatch, on behalf of the property owners of parcels R30882,
R30882010, R30881012 & R30881, for the annexation of said parcels.
Rights-of-Way
1. Ustick Road and is classified as a Principal Arterial roadway. Applicants shall provide the right-
of-way necessary for the proposed roundabout located at the intersection of Ustick Road and
Middleton Road within 60 days of City Council approval of this application.
a. For portions of Ustick Road located outside of the limits of the roundabout: Applicant
shall dedicate as public right-of-way a minimum forty-eight(48)foot half width right-of-
way (from centerline) along the entire Ustick Road frontage per City Standard drawings
R-810A within 60 days of City Council approval of this application
2. Middleton Road and is classified as a Principal Arterial roadway. Applicant/s shall provide the
right-of-way necessary for the proposed roundabout located at the intersection of Ustick Road
and Middleton Road within 60 days of City Council approval of this application.
a. For portions of Middleton Road located outside of the limits of the roundabout:
