Dear lVr. Willard
This letter is to confirm our conversation yesterday concerning your joint
application with the City of Caldwell to rezone your parcel located at 911 North
3td Avenue.
We have noted that the zone change fee of $260 will be paid by the City due to
the fact that your application was prompted by an error of misinformation given to
you in 1998 concerning your properly being zoned C-3. You will be responsible
for the legal notice fee ($25 x 2 = $50) and the regular mailing fee($20 , 2 = $40)
for a total of $90.
You had mentioned that you will be paid on April 20 and would be paying the $90
to the City after that date, lnasmuch as the legal notice must be sent to the
newspaper on April 23, il is imperative that we receive the $90 no later than
Monday, April 22, prior to 5:00 p.m. to be meet the deadlines necessary for the
May 16 public hearing. You would understand that if we do not hearfrom you by
the above date, it will be necessary for us to reschedule the public hearing for a
later time.
