Hubler rezone

The Engineering Department has reviewed the proposed rezone for the referenced application and provides
the following comments:
The Engineering Department does not oppose the rezone, and the sewer and water systems are
capable of providing service to the area.
In conjunction with any future development of this site, the Engineering Department will request
the dedication of right of way along Kimball Avenue and Linden Street. The Engineering
Deparunent will also require dedication of an easement along the existing sewer main line that
crosses the property.
3 The need for any additional infrastructure improvements will be reviewed during the Building
Permit process.
