CBH Homes is seeking a reduction of the rear setback for Virginia Park No.6 Lot 12 Block 15.
The home was pre -sold on this lot with earnest monies collect when the 20' rear setbacks
began to be enforced. We are seeking a reduction to move forward with the current contract
