CBH Homes is seeking a reduction of the rear setback for Pheasant Run Lot 14 Block 5. The
home was pre -sold on this lot with earnest monies collect when the 20' rear setbacks began to
be enforced. We are seeking a reduction to move forward with the current contract and not
