The adjacent property owners were sent notice of this request on September 28, 2010. No responses were received. As per Section 10-03-02 of City Code, because no responses were received and because Planning and Zoning can see no harm to the public's general health, safety or welfare due to approval of this request, this request is officially granted. A copy of this letter needs to be submitted with any building permit applications associated with 815 Bushnell Street.
