The Engineering Department provides the following comments on a request by John and Shawna
Paine for the de -annexation of 1.59 acres of land out of the city. The site is addressed as 15279
Indiana Avenue and is located on the west side of Indiana approximately 938 feet south of Cirrus
Drive.
1. Indiana Ave. is classified as a Minor Arterial. The applicant shall be required to dedicate as
public right-of-way a thirty-three (33) foot one half width right-of-way along the Indiana Ave.
frontage to meet City of Caldwell requirements.

OK This property does have a city water line in front of it along Indiana Ave., but to my knowledge, they are not
connected.
