ORDINANCE NO. 3527
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO.3443 (Bill 49) THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2022 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2023 AND AMENDED
ORDINANCE NO. 3505 (Bill 21), THE MID -YEAR APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR 2023, APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE
RECEIVED OF $17,275,064 AND EXPENDED OF $20,899,592 BY THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, IDAHO, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL,
IDAHO:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 3443 (Bill 49), the appropriation ordinance for the
City of Caldwell, Idaho, for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 2022 and ending September
30, 2023, and that Ordinance No. 3505 (Bill 21), the Mid -Year appropriation ordinance for the
same period, is again hereby amended as follows:
That the additional sum of monies be appropriated to revenues in the sum of $17,275,064
be used for authorized activities.
That the sum of monies appropriated out of expenditures in the amount of $20,899,592 to
be used for authorized activities.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL THIS 5`h, day of
September 2023.
APPROVED BY THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL THIS 511, day of
September 2023.
