I, KENNETH H. COOK, A PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR LICENSED BY THE STATE OF
IDAHO, CERTIFY THAT:
1. THIS PLAT REPRESENTS THE RESULTS OF A SURVEY CONDUCTED UNDER MY
