The over-arching goal of the CDBG program is lo develop viable urban communities by providing decenl housing, a suitable living environment and expanding economic op- portunities, especially for low and moderate income per- sons. The public is welcome to attend this meeting and provide public testimony. The City of Caldwell, as a newly designated entitlement community, has been invited to participate in the Community Development Block Grant (COBO) program as administered by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
