4. The district of any public school can submit a request to the City Engineer to construct, operate, and maintain a
private pressurized irrigation system for the site regardless of size of area to be irrigated. The City Engineer has the
authority to approve or deny this request.

If this is part of Chapter 10 it will have to go to P&Z for recommendation and then to City Council.

Being part of the Zoning Ordinance, the language should go through P&Z and City Council Both. It does have to be
advertized, but I would defer to Jarom and Brian on those requirements since they are most experienced with legislative
modifications_

Brent,
Here is some language that Jared put together to allow schools a private PI system. This might be too broad so I wrote
another version below. Let me know your thoughts. it would be nice to get this on the Feb 1 council meeting.
I would probably change it to read "The district of any public school can submit a request to the City Engineer to construct,
