will conduct a public hearingg on

7:00 p.m. in the Community
Room of the Caldwell Police
Department, 110 S. 5th Av-
enue, Caldwell, Idaho in order
to hear the following:

for a rezone from M-1 Light In-
dustrial to C-3 Service Com-
mercial and a comprehensive

circulation in the said County of
