Case #OA-136-10 Pathway Landscaping Standard
Good Afternoon Anne Marie,
The Nampa Highway District #1 has no objection to the request to amend the Pathway Landscaping Standard
as long as it does not conflict with the ACCHD Standards Manual on county roads.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Thank you,
Eddy

Re: Case No. OA-136-10 (Pathway Landscaping Standard) Ammendment
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Pioneer Irrigation District would appreciate having an item noted on the specifications for Pathways and Bike Paths.
Pioneer Irrigation District either has easements of their own or easements along Bureau of Reclamation facilities. It should be
noted that pathways should not exist within District easements without permission from Pioneer Irrigation District or the
Bureau of Reclamation or in some cases, both.
NOTE: This letter does not authorize any construction to commence until all the necessary agreements with Pioneer
Irrigation District have been executed and recorded.
If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to call.
Sincerely,
Mark F. Zirschky
Assistant Superintendent

Anne,
Boise Project Board of Control has no objection to your request to amend the Caldwell City Code, Section 10-07-11
concerning pathway landscaping standard; however, just to be clear, anything within Boise Project Board of Control
easement boundaries for canal's and lateral's will require written permission from the Boise Project Board of Control.
