Pioneer Irrigation District either has easements of their own or easements along Bureau of Reclamation facilities. It should be noted that pathways should not exist within District easements without permission from Pioneer Irrigation District or the Bureau of Reclamation or in some cases, both. NOTE: This letter does not authorize any construction to commence until all the necessary agreements with Pioneer Irrigation District have been executed and recorded.
