The subject property is located at 3123 Arlington Avenue in Caldwell, Idaho. The Caldwell Fire Department has no opposition to this development and all referenced area shall be subject to the most recent adopted fire code requirements at time of operation of the assistant living facility on this property. Any Development proposals shall be submitted to the Fire Marshal's office for review and approval prior to any issuance of building permits.
