Case Number ZON-01-14/SUP-03-14, a request by Ida Properties, LLC
and Ashley Manor for a comprehensive plan map change from Low
Density Residential to Medium Density Residential; a rezone of 0.22
acres, more or less, from R-1 Low Density Residential to R-2 Medium
Density Residential; and special use permit approval to operate an
assisted living facility for up to 13 beds. The subject property is located at
3123 Arlington Avenue in Caldwell, Idaho.
The Caldwell Fire Department has no opposition to this development and all referenced area shall be
subject to the most recent adopted fire code requirements at time of operation of the assistant living
facility on this property. Any Development proposals shall be submitted to the Fire Marshal's office for
review and approval prior to any issuance of building permits.

I think I gave you comments for this already. Corner ramp should be ADA compliant and the right-or-way needs to be
cleaned up. The Engineering department can help out on the right-of-way legal and descriptions but they will have to be
willing to sign it.
