The original preliminary plat (SUB-20P-10) was approved by City Council on March 15, 2021. The plat has had a one (1) year administrative time extension (TE22-000002) that was approved on May 27, 2022 and expires on May 27, 2023. 10th Avenue Heights is close to completing all of the improvements for the subdivision, but the applicant is requesting a six-month renewal and time extension to allow for the final paving and processing of the final plat application. The subject property address is 0 10th Avenue Heights, parcel R3566400000, and is physically located approximately 150 feet south of the intersection between South 10th Ave. and Amber St., on the west side of Amber St., in Caldwell, Idaho. This Case is being heard by the Caldwell City Council on Tuesday, July 5, 2023 and the notices need to be mailed on Thursday, June 15, 2023.
