Hi all,
I was directed by the Mayor and the City Clerk to put together a proposed amendment to the Public Noise Ordinance to
allow for Movies in the Park (which is a City event that will go beyond 11:00 p.m.) and for other activities/events that will
take place along the Indian Creek Corridor/Park. So, I've given it my best shot and what I've come up with is attached. It
will be heard by City Council in a Public Hearing on June 20. However, it's fairly important that we get it passed that night
so that it will be effective prior to our first Movie in the Park so that we aren't violating our own ordinance.
Any feedback, comments, suggestions, additions, deletions, prior to June 20, then, would be greatly appreciated. Again, I
put this together using my best guesses of what everyone wants, so feel free to rip it apart if you need to. O
