RE: OA-15-04 CALDWELL CITY CODE CHAPTER 10 AMENDMENT
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced ordinance amendment application
for Chapter 10 of the Caldwell City Code. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to the proposed changes.
2. Idaho Code 40-1910(1) states no advertising display shall be placed or maintained within the
right-of-way of any highway.
3. Would 10-12-04(19)B-5 need to be changed to match the change to l 0-12-04(19)G? "Said
projected signage shall be a minimum of eight feet(8') above the sidewalk grade."
