Please be advised that at the western boundary of the proposed project site, Pioneer Irrigation District operates and maintains
an irrigation facility know as the 10"' Street Lateral. Said lateral has a 16 foot from top of bank prescriptive use easement, on
both sides of the lateral. In the piped areas, there is a 20 foot prescriptive use easement, 10 feet from cent3edine of pipe on each
side. There is to be no obstructions within said easement.
Please be advised, the developer shall submit detailed drawings of any proposed relocations of Pioneer Irrigation District's
facilities. pror to preliminary plat approval. Any said relocations are subject to approval from the Superintendent and/or the
Board of Directors of Pioneer Irrigation District.
Any construction within the above referenced VP St. Lateral easements, must be approved by Pioneer Irrigation District and
must take place after November 1 of the current year, and must be completed prior to March 15 of the following year.
Any construction that impacts waters of the United States may require obtaining a 404 permit from the Corp of Engineers. Greg
Martinez of the Corp of Engineers can be contacted at 345-2154.
Prior to finalization of any Agreements with Pioneer Irrigation District, Pioneer irrigation District must receive a copy of a 404
permit that has been properly executed. If It Is determined by the Corp of Engineers that a 404 permit is not required, Pioneer
Irrigation District must be notified in writing by the Corp of Engineers that said 404 permit is not requited.
NOTE: This letter does not authorize any construction to commence until all the necessary agreements with Pioneer
Irrigation District have been executed and recorded.
