I have no objection to the subject Rezone action, provided that the parcel be limited permanently to ONLY
otherwise Permitted Airport District uses OR the specific Permitted M-1 use required to conduct the
planned business activity.
My intent in this request is to insure that a future tenant MUST file for a zoning change (with appropriate
notice, hearings, etc.) to conduct some other business activity on this parcel directly adjacent to the airport.

The East Caldwell Drain exists on the subject property.
Use or development of the property should not change or interfere with the East Caldwell Drain, without the written
consent of the Bureau of Reclamation, per Idaho Statutes 42-1209.

The Engineering Department provides the following comments on Case Number ZON-18-08; A
request by Burt Cunningham and Global Tractor to rezone 1.3 acres, more or less, from A-D
(Airport District) to M-1 (Light Industrial). The subject property is located at 5615 Aviation Way
(Parcel R0307050200) in Caldwell, Idaho.

1. Applicant shall enter into a deferral agreement for the completion/construction of the Aviation
Way road section including street lighting & storm drainage improvements in accordance with
City of Caldwell Supplemental Specifications.
