Wilder does not have any objection to the rezone but would like the irrigation plans to be discussed. I don't
know if the city of caldwell would take this through an annexation process and then the water right could be
given back to Wilder. At this point Wilder does not object.

Mr. Wagoner,
This email is in regards to Case Number ZON-18-02.
In order for us to adequately prepare our schools for a possible increase in student enrollment, we are very interested in
the multi -unit housing approved by the City and the County.
As you are aware, multi -unit housing tends to be temporary housing where residential turnover is higher than single
family residences. This creates mobility issues for our school communities and poses interesting challenges for children.
I have a few questions:
How will the request to rezone this site impact the Caldwell School District?
Will the duplexes be rentals? Or will residents own their duplex?
Are these consider family units or will they be marketed for senior living?
I appreciate your time and consideration. I look forward to your reply.
