In regards to the attached documents, please find the following comments.
Pioneer Irrigation District has a 80 foot wide pipeline easement that is recorded along the entirety of the Golden Gate
Lateral. The Golden Gate Lateral is present on the property that is referenced in the attached documents.
Pioneer does not oppose the rezone, but requests that the recorded easement be referenced on any recorded plat.
This is critical in order to protect the integrity of the piped lateral and allow Pioneer the adequate space necessary for
routine inspection and future maintenance.
