Page 2 of 2 Jarom Wagoner From: Andy Cater Sent: Tuesday, September 05, 2017 2:49 PM To: Jarom Wagoner Subject: Lenity Living 1 Los Brisas Jarom In review of the proposed senior housing across from Lenity living on Lenity Living Ave and within the two developments I count 118 one or two family residences. Under section D107.1 of the adopted International Fire codes it states, Developments of one or two family dwellings where the number of the dwellings units exceeds 30 shall be provided with two separate and approved fire apparatus access roads. Exceptions: Where there are more than 30 dwelling units on a single public or private fire apparatus road and all dwellings units are equipped throughout with an approved automatic fire sprinkler system access from two directions shall not be required. The number of dwelling units on a single fire apparatus roads shall not be increased unless fire apparatus access roads will connect with future developments. At this time with added fire protection to all units only one-way in is required yet development to adjacent property could be hampered due to limited access. I would recommend we connect Indian Springs st with Lenity Living Ave as proposed with earlier agreements. ONO WEL4 RESCUE Andrew Cater Deputy Chief / Fire Marshal 208-250-4945
