The only change that I would make is the acreage from 1.76 acres to 1.62 acres: (120' deep lots + 8' for % vacated alley) x 25' wide x 22 lots = 70,400 SF = 1.62 acres There is a discrepancy with the County regarding ownership of the vacated alley adjacent to Lots 1 & 2, but I have a request into the County for verification. Also, I would like to request that an easement to the City to cover an existing sewer line be a requirement of the rezone. The easement would need to be 16 feet wide located along the vacated alley.
