The Engineering Department does not oppose a request by Carl Woodburn and Col -Tan LLC for a
Comprehensive plan map amendment from Commercial to Light Industrial and a rezone from C-3
Service Commercial to M-1 Light Industrial on 5.868 acres addressed as 203 N. 21st Ave. with Tax
Parcel Number R35381. The site is located northerly side of the railroad tracks approximately 300
feet west of 21 st Ave.
