T1rie letter is in reeponse to the pur?osed zoning of case number zON-61-0?.
This property is located adjacent to my home. Rezonlrrg this pmperty
entirely to C-3 will severely impact my family. I own 1.62 acree next,to the
proposed property owned by Kevin and Mary Kay Rieiaby. By allowing thia
property to be zoned commercial, this will mean the possibility of large trucks
entering and exiting the buainess at all 'iEeB of the day. There will be an
increase in the noise lwel with such trleks such as back-up alama, and
hysters removing freight fron such tmcks. Not only will the trucle be an
issue but the additiorr of commerrial tighting will impact the qudity of my
home life. I enjoy eitti.ng on my patio and relaxing in the 6y6rring, thia s'ill
become increasingly aiffiorlt with the addition of a commercial building next
door. With the addition of said burrinese, the trafrc around my home n'ill
iucreaae dramatically. I aru concerned about the aafety of my children.
If thia zotre proposal passes, it will be imperative that a noise/light barier be
placed around the building. I worild ask that a large berme with a concrete
block fence be placed arouad the commercial pruperty eo that the noise aod
Iight level will be kept under control. this will also Ellow my children to
continue to have safety in their bac,kyard to play. I have the care of my
family to coneider in this matter not to mentiou my quality of life.
