I spoke with you on April 19 in regards to the building permit BC19-000067 on an addition at 6420 Cleveland Blvd (which this particular building id actually 6412 Cleveland Blvd. We are needing additional plans for a structure that was constructed without a permit prior to approval if available for this addition. You were going to speak with the Owner and get back to the Building Dept. with additional needed plans. We still have not heard from you or the Owner.
