Subject: RE: Public Agency Memo - APP-03-10 Canyon County Work Release SUP Amendment
The building permit for this structure in B-Com-40254-05 and is addressed 1214 Chicago Street. The certificate of
occupancy was issued December 19,2005. The occupancy classification was 1-3, jail.
The amendment to the special use permit will not change the use or occupancy classification as per the International
Building Code. A building permit is required for the proposed work listed in the amendment APP-03-10. The plans shall
be prepared and stamped by a currently licensed Idaho Architect. A structural engineer may be required bases on the
scope of work. No work shall begin until a permit is issued. Separate plumbing, mechanical and electrical permits
required based on scope of work preformed.
