We have received your request for an administrative time extension for the recording of the final plat for El
Monterrey Subdivision. After review of your application, we have found that the request complies with
the Caldwell City Ordinances, Chapter 11, Section 11-02-03 (F3), based upon that:
(A) There are no outstanding city code violations on the subject property;
(B) The preliminary plat, as previously approved, is still in the best interests of the safety,
health, and general welfare of the city;
(C) There have been no significant changes to the city code between the date of preliminary
plat approval and the application date of the time extension request that would require substantial
modifications to the lot layout;
(D) Any modification to the layout and design of the originally approved preliminary plat are
minimal, however a revised preliminary plat will need to be submitted for review and
approval and the a revised set of construction drawings need to be submitted to reflect the
changes to the plat;
(D) The preliminary plat is still valid; and
(D) No prior administrative time extensions have been given for this plat.
Based upon the criteria above, the request for an eighteen (18) month time extension is approved and will
expire on 11-27-2024. Please note any additional time extensions will require City Council approval.
