Below is our expectation for the upcoming timeline of events.
- All site utilities installed and inspected; including sewer, water, irrigation, gas, and joint
trench.
- Site currently has 85% of concrete installed. The remaining 15% will be installed in May of
2023.
- Lighting, street signs, and other mandatory elements for final plat will be installed in June
of 2023.
- Anticipated paving will take place in June of 2023.
- We anticipate submitting documentation for our final plat for the El Monterrey subdivision
in July of 2023.
