HomeMy WebLinkAboutPublic Agencyr PUBLIC AGENCY ITEM DATE SUBMITTED BY r i I A APP-01 -09 03/17/2009 Anne Marie, I visited this address last week but was not able to talk to the owners regarding the reasons for an appeal. After reviewing what I could I believe the combustible structure should not only be moved to at least five feet from the property line but also that same distance away from the residence. The increased separation between the existing fence, the neighbor's shed, and the applicant's house would be a vital life -safety benefit Dennis. I W, Page 1 of 1 Anne Marie. Skinner From: Timothy J. Skinner Subject: RE: jerry galaway appeal In that case the Engineering Dept. okay with the shed being placed anywhere on his property as long as he understands that if ever needed for any reason the shed would have to be moved (when requested) at his sole expense. J, Frans Engineering Dept.
