However, we do urge that any and all required setbacks be applied due to the proximity of adjoining structures on adjoining lots. We would also ask that the developer be required to have the trees trimmed up on the alleyway and along Main Street to allow safe passage of fire apparatus. The address that will be assigned this SFR will be 1516 Main Street. ��J
