The subject property is located at Ion the west side of Interstated-84, approximately 1,500 feet south of Linden Road (Parcel #R3590100000) in Caldwell, Idaho. This staff report is for both SUP's 19-12 & 19-13. Access 1. Applicant shall provide an ingress/egress easement to parcel R3590100000, for benefit of parcel R3590100000, across parcel R3589700000.
