The Engineering Department provides the following comments on a request by Casey Gray and
Linden Holdings LLC for a special -use permit to construct an off -premise sign (billboard) within
the M-1 (light industrial) zoning district. The subject property is located at Ion the west side of
Interstated-84, approximately 1,500 feet south of Linden Road (Parcel #R3590100000) in Caldwell,
Idaho.
This staff report is for both SUP's 19-12 & 19-13.
Access
1. Applicant shall provide an ingress/egress easement to parcel R3590100000, for benefit of parcel
R3590100000, across parcel R3589700000. Said easement shall extend from the property line
of parcel R3590100000 to the right-of-way of Linden Road and shall be in the same alignment
as the existing driveway that parcel R359010000 is currently using.
