The Engineering Department provides the following comments on a request by Efren Solares Cruz
for a special -use permit to place a manufactured home on a parcel within the M-1 (light industrial)
zoning district. The subject property is located at 127 W. Belmont Street in Caldwell, Idaho.
Streets
1. Applicant shall enter into a deferral agreement for the construction of frontage improvements
along the entire property frontage. Improvements shall include but be limited to curb, gutter,
sidewalk, asphalt paving, storm water drainage, street lighting, etc.
