Frans — Project Manager Re: SUP-18-12 (Howard Slack and the Church of God Special -Use) Date: September 17, 2018 The Engineering Department provides the following comments on Case Number SUP-18-12: A request by Howard Slack and the Church of God for a special -use permit to operate a church within the R-3 (High Density Re ide45131one. he subject property is located at 111 Poplar Street in Caldwell, Idaho (Parcel General 1. Construction of facilities to be dedicated and/or within public right of -way shall be performed by an appropriately licensed public works contractor and shall be inspected by and constructed to City of Caldwell specifications. 2. Prior to commencement of construction in any dedicated right-of-way, or construction of any improvement intended for dedication to the City, the City Engineering staff is to be notified. This preferably will take place in a pre -construction conference scheduled by the owner or their representative. Appropriate City personnel are to be notified 24 hours in advance of all testing and concrete placement and given opportunity to be present during conduct inspections. 1. The applicant shall construct sidewalk in all locations along the frontages of the property that are currently missing sidewalk. 2. The applicant shall install a pedestrian ramp at the intersection of Poplar Street and Wildwood Circle. 3. Applicant shall remove and replace all sections of curb, gutter and sidewalk that are determined to be broken, dilapidated or are not in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act requirements and specifications as determined by a City during construction.
