Please be advised that this proposed project location borders Pioneer's Lowline Canal.
The Lowline Canal has a 16 foot easement from top of bank along both sides of the canal. This easement must be
referenced on any and all plats.
Per Idaho Statutes 42-1209, written permission must be obtained from Pioneer Irrigation District prior to any
construction, encroachments or modifications to the Lowline Canal.
