The Engineering Department provides the following comments on a request by Steve Harmsen and
Superior Signs to annex 3.79 acres, more -or -less, with a C-3 (Service Commercial) zoning
designation. Also being requested is a special -use permit to construct an off premise (billboard) sign
with the proposed C-3 zoning district. The subject properties are located at 3801 Hwy 20;'26 (Parcel
R3527700000) in Caldwell, Idaho.
Rights -of -Way
1. Applicant shall dedicate a 70' half -width right-of-way section, minus existing, along the entire
property frontage.
