The Engineering Department provides the following comments on Case Number ANN-19-07; A
request by Blake Wolf to annex 2.5 acres, more or less, with an R-3 (High Density Residential)
zoning designation and annexation agreement. The subject property is located on the south
side of 1011 Avenue, approximately 1,300 feet south of Amber Street (Parcel R3566400000) in
Caldwell, Idaho.
Rights -of -Way
1. 101' Avenue is classified as a Minor Arterial roadway. The applicant shall dedicate as public
right-of-way a minimum forty (40) foot half width right-of-way (from centerline) along the entire
101 Avenue frontage per City Standard R-810B.
