The subject property is located on the south side of 1011 Avenue, approximately 1,300 feet south of Amber Street (Parcel R3566400000) in Caldwell, Idaho. Rights -of -Way 1. 101' Avenue is classified as a Minor Arterial roadway. The applicant shall dedicate as public right-of-way a minimum forty (40) foot half width right-of-way (from centerline) along the entire 101 Avenue frontage per City Standard R-810B.
